Our 60-minute stress awareness session is designed to help participants gain a greater understanding of stress, its impact on mental and physical health, and practical strategies for managing it.
Led by experienced trainers this session provides valuable insights and opportunities for self-reflection.
By the end of the session, participants will gain a greater understanding of stress, its impacts, and how to manage it effectively. They will leave with a customized toolkit of practical strategies and techniques for promoting positive mental health and well-being in their personal and professional lives.
Investment: £150.00 per 60 minutes session.
We recommend to limit the number of participant to 15 per session to maximise the engagement and learning experience.
