A Summer of Wellbeing
We're really excited to be teaming up with so many lovely local organisations this summer.
In August, we will be changing our Wellbeing offering to allow people to try out new activities!
Anyone who lives in Doncaster, is over 18 years old and wants to find ways to improve their mental health is welcome to join us!
What's on?
We'll be hosting an Art Therapy Workshop, Cycling for all workshop, Nail Art Pamper Session, Sewing Workshop, Walking Workshop and Story Telling Workshop.
Each session ranges from 1 hour - 2 hours and be delivered by a trained professional, as well as supportive staff from Doncaster Mind.

Who are we working with?
Pedalready
We're delighted to be working with Jeff at Pedalready to support you to get into cycling! Whether you used to cycle or you've never really got to grips with getting on a bike, we are excited to welcome you to join us.

Knit & Stitch
Liz at Knit & Stitch has kindly offered to host our Sewing Workshop on Wednesday 21st August. The session will be held at our building in the Market Place. nit & Stitch are a local craft shop in the Market Place selling fabric, yarn, buttons, craft equipment and deliver exciting courses to teach you how to get started!

Barrell Organ
Ali from Barrell Organ Theatre Company has been working with us on a few projects for nearly 3 years now!
Barrell Organ are a wonderful company who support people to be able to learn how to tell their own story, write from the heart and express themselves all through the power of theatre.

Katie - Student Art Therapist. Katie will be exploring how art therapy can support you to think about aspects of self and identity through making something.
Lauren - Wellbeing Navigator. Lauren leads a lot of our courses and our Peer Support Group. She is very skilled in facilitating sessions that are fun, engaging and support you to feel better about yourself.
