We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is interested in developing their career within marketing and communications whilst working towards achieving a recognised qualification.

You will be a bright, ambitious individual who will join our team to provide marketing and communication support. You'll be working alongside our Business Development Lead, Co-ordinators of services & our income generation team, getting hands-on experience and gaining skills.

You will have good organisational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure. You'll also have a passion for working in the charity sector, perhaps for helping others and bring your creativity to engage our community with the support we offer.

Doncaster Mind has recently gone through a period of significant growth and to enable us to create a strong foundation in which our services can flourish and grow we have created a new role as Marketing Apprentice to support our organisation and this development.

No experience needed but a collaborative approach and passion and dedication to working as part of a team is essential. Your attention to detail and a logical and inquisitive mind with the ability to work on your own initiative will also help you to be successful in this role. 

In return you will receive possible hybrid/flexible working arrangements by agreement, 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days with long service, pension contribution, staff wellbeing days, personal development and working in a values-based organisation.

Associated training course: Multi-channel Marketer (level 3 - equal to A-level)

Training will be on a day release basis at Doncaster College where you will access a wide range of facilities on offer. Multi-channel marketer/Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education. You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or maths if needed.  ou will undertake both on and off-the-job job training by a team of industry-qualified professionals to give you the best skills, knowledge, and experience.
