Our Services

What is mentoring? 

Our Mentoring programme provides guidance, support and action planning towards living a more fulfilling life.  

Our Mentors work with you, on a one-to one basis, to explore and develop skills to help you set and achieve personal well-being goals, for example, managing stress and improving work-life balance.  The programme is designed to build your resilience and coping skills so that you are better able to manage life's challenges as they arise.

Support is provided in person and the programme runs for up to 12 weeks.  

Mentoring is for you if you want to be empowered to thrive both mentally and emotionally in various aspects of your life.
