Our Services

Personal development courses (guided learning)

To feel more connected to yourself, learn more about yourself and how to take care of your emotional wellbeing and mental health we also run personal development courses also known as 'guided learning'. These are delivered in a group setting by a qualified, experience and knowledgeable facilitator. As a participant, you also get to learn from each other during the course.

Our courses all run over 6 sessions and are delivered weekly. these courses run 4 times a year and they include; Confidence Booster, Getting to Know Anxiety and Dealing with Anger  all of which are delivered in a group setting.
