Stress Buster Workshops in April

Who should join?

If you are finding that stress is getting in the way of you enjoying your life and you want to know how to manage it.

What will I learn?

These short workshops set out to help you:
  • Manage situations that you find stressful,
  • Check out your response to stress
  • Help you be prioritise your workload
Delivered in 90 minutes via Zoom, Yvette will talk you through what happens to us when we become stressed and how you can learn to adjust your stress response.

These workshops are free to attend. 

  1. Friday 9th April 10 – 11.30am
  2. Monday 12 April 2 – 3.30pm
  3. Wednesday 21st April 5.30 – 7.30pm
