Counselling Service

We provide one to one counselling for people over the age of 18 who may be experiencing personal difficulties.

Here, clients can share any issues or concerns with a trained counsellor, whose role is to facilitate the therapy in ways that respect an individuals values and personal resources.

The objectives of each counselling relationship vary according to the individual’s needs.

Issues that an individual may wish to address may include:

  • Lack of self confidence and poor assertion skills.
  • Bereavement and loss.
  • Sexual, physical and mental and emotional.
  • Relationship/family problems/conflict.
