What is the Wellbeing Service?
Based in Doncaster on Princes Street, it offers a combination of drop in and open access sessions, activities, self help groups, short courses and information about mental health conditions and services. We also offer wellbeing services in Mexborough at various community settings.

What do we do?
We help people suffering from mental distress to access appropriate support, either from ourselves or other agencies to aid their recovery and manage their mental health and wellbeing with the aim of having a fuller life. We also offer a wide range of activities, support groups and short courses. Please see our timetable for full details.

How will this help me?
We do this by giving you opportunities to meet new people, try new experiences and regain an interest in things you used to enjoy.
Many of our activities are either free or subsidised, you can join in for nothing or a small cost. We also hold monthly open meetings where you can have your say about activities and groups you would like to see for the future.

How can I use the wellbeing service? You can contact us by telephone, email or in person and we will have a chat with you about the range of groups and activities that we offer to match this to your needs. We also offer one to one initial appointments for you to find out what we can offer as an organisation, what services you would like to access or for information and advice.
What groups and activities are available?
We have a wide variety of wellbeing groups activities taking place in our Wellbeing Centre. These include:
- Social Cafe’s
- Relaxation Group
- Ladies Club
- Men’s Space
- Art & Crafts
- TUF (Over 50’s – Please note this is a closed group, contact us if you are interested in attending)
- Long Walk
