Comments and Complaints

Doncaster Mind welcomes feedback on our services, whether it’s to tell us how helpful we have been or to inform us that you weren’t happy with the service you received. We want to make it easy for you to tell us what you think, even if you don’t want to make a complaint, so we have two easy ways for you to do this.

‘How Do We Do’

In all Doncaster Mind buildings we have forms available – along with ‘post boxes’ for you to tell us what you think of our service. One side of the form is for what went well and the other side for what wasn’t so helpful. There is also room for your ideas on how we can improve our services. You can indicate on the form whether you want a response or whether you just want to let us know what you think.

Complaints Procedure

If you do want to make your concerns more formal, copies of our Complaints Policy and Procedure are available in all of our buildings and through our website. The procedure includes making a complaint informally and how to take your concerns through a more formal process. Staff and volunteers are always ready to help you through the process and you don’t need to make your complaint in writing in the early stages.
