Personal Development Courses
As part of our Wellbeing Service we offer a number of personal development courses for people to attend, these courses range from Confidence Building to a Cooking Group. During these courses you will receive the skills and support to continue your personal journey into Wellbeing.
The courses we are currently running are:

Before you can attend these courses it is our policy for everyone to attend our “First Steps” Workshops. The session lasts for 1½ hours and gives you an insight into what to expect when attending a course or group at Doncaster Mind. This gives you the opportunity to decide whether this is the right pathway for you and gives us the opportunity to get to know you and better help to direct you to suitable activities. The workshop is run regularly so you should never have to wait long for the next one.
